Over many months, we developed and refined technology that worked through the Quran ayah by ayah, building a deep map of the human experiences each verse speaks to: grief, gratitude, fear, hope, new beginnings. That map, and how we built it, is ours.
And the verses themselves are never generated. Every ayah you receive exists in the Quran exactly as revealed, shown with its reference so you can verify it in any mushaf. Verses are never written for you; they are found for you.

Is my privacy protected?

Do you store my chat history?
+No. We don't store or save your chat history. Quran&Me doesn't remember your previous conversations or get to know you over time. Each conversation is independent, and your privacy is protected.
How do I get back into my space?
+When you join, you choose a username and your private space gets its own link: quranandme.com/yourname. Bookmark it and go straight there any time. If you ever lose it, use the Log in link at the top of this page: enter your username and password and we'll take you straight to your space.
Do I need to know Arabic or specific verse references?
+No. You can ask in your own words, in English. Whether you say "I'm grateful today" or "I need guidance on a decision", ayahs are surfaced for you. If you do know a verse reference, you can look it up directly, but it's not required. More language options are coming soon.
Can I cancel anytime?
+Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. There are no long-term commitments, and there's no need to email us to cancel, though you can if you want help.
Is this a replacement for traditional Islamic learning?
+No. Quran&Me is a personal reflection tool, not a teaching platform. If you're seeking structured Islamic education, scholarly guidance, or religious instruction, there are many excellent services designed for that purpose. Quran&Me is a different offering, a private space for personal connection with the Quran.
If this is AI, how can I trust what it says? Doesn't AI make things up?
+Yes, AI can make things up, and we built Quran&Me from the ground up with that in mind. Unlike services that lead with AI, we keep its role minimal. It only helps locate relevant verses; the verses themselves come straight from the Quran. We're Quran-first, and the technology simply serves to bring the ayahs to you.
Is this Tafsir or Fatwa?
+No. Quran&Me is not Tafsir (interpretation) or Fatwa (religious rulings). We don't provide explanations, interpretations, or religious guidance. Quran&Me simply retrieves verses from the Quran in a way that hasn't been done before. The verses you receive are from the Quran itself, presented to you based on what you share.
How accurate is it, and how do you know?
+We tested it ourselves, and we took our time. Quran&Me was not built in a weekend on top of a chatbot. Over many months, we developed and refined technology that worked through the Quran ayah by ayah, building a deep map of the human experiences each verse speaks to: grief, gratitude, fear, hope, new beginnings. That map, and how we built it, is ours.
To prove it works, we ran 12,000 test queries spanning more than 30 areas of real life, from marriage and parenting to financial hardship and loss. A result only counted as accurate when the verses returned genuinely addressed the need expressed in the query, a bar we set deliberately high. In our final 10,000-query validation, 94.5% of results met it.

Why do you charge for this?
+Quran&Me is an independent product, not backed by advertising or investors. The subscription covers the technology that makes it possible: AI, servers, and ongoing development. It keeps the experience clean, private, and focused solely on you and the Quran.
We also believe that being interrupted by adverts whilst spending personal, sacred time with the Quran is out of the question. The subscription model means we answer only to you.
Why not use the normal big AI apps?
+General AI chatbots generate their answers, composing text word by word. That's why they can misquote a verse, blend two verses together, or invent something that sounds Quranic but isn't. With ordinary text, that's an inconvenience. With the Quran, presenting invented words as the words of Allah would be blasphemy: a line that must never be crossed, and one that general AI tools were simply never designed to respect.
